Creation is the process of preparing completed documentation for publication in a variety of formats:

• Are the texts available in a meta format that allows them to be converted into different formats (HTML, PDF, PostScript, ...)?
• Are suitable layouts available for the target formats?
• Are the target formats suitable for the design specifications of the project or company?
• Can the illustrations be reproduced correctly, and do they conform to the design specifications?
